Any data that may be communicated by the User through the Website will be treated with the utmost care and with all the tools necessary to guarantee its security, in full compliance with current legislation protecting data confidentiality.

We wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA

The subject of the processing may be your personal data, such as:

  • Automatically collected data: During their normal operation, the IT systems and software applications dedicated to the functioning of this website detect certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The collected data includes IP addresses and domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system, the browser, and the IT environment used by the user, the name of the internet service provider (ISP), date and time of visit, the visitor’s referral webpage, and exit page.

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. For automatically collected data, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller, and the purpose is to guarantee and improve the web browsing experience.
  2. For data provided voluntarily by the user, the legal basis is consent. For sending emails to our addresses, the purpose is to be able to send answers to specific requests made by the user; for forms, the purpose is indicated in the specific information notice.

E. DATA RECIPIENTS

F. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The transfer of your data to a third country is not planned / This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. G. RETENTION PERIOD

Based on the principle of storage limitation (Art. 5, GDPR), a check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically. In particular:

  • Automatically collected data is processed for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular functioning, including for security purposes or based on the deadlines provided for by law.
  • Data provided voluntarily by the user will be kept for a period of time no longer than the achievement of the purposes for which it is processed or based on the deadlines provided for by law.

H. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject always has the right to request from the Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the same, limitation of processing, or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights provided for by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Controller. The data subject can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The provision of your data is mandatory during browsing on our website regarding points D.1 and D.2 of the aforementioned purposes, to allow the correct provision of the service. The provision of your consent for data regarding points D.3 is instead optional and will not affect the provision of the service in any way.

J. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

The personal data provided by you will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activities of the Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper supports, as well as on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate security measures pursuant to Art. 5 par. 1 lit. F of the GDPR.
